Return & Exchange Policy
At Trezor Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer free and easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and your refund or exchange will be processed promptly upon receipt of the item.
